In 2000, after we founded the Istrian Golf Association, we also started the Winter League. Golf courses of Brijuni, Lipice, Trieste, Grado, Lignano and Udine since the begining of the League entertain golfers from Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and Austria. After first couple years, Istrian Golf Association and Golf club Pula took the organization in their hands. GK Adriatic, after its opening, also joined the Winter League.
League is still actively organized and is of great importance. by number of participants, it is right behind the official Croatian Golf Association League.
