Following the Istrian County's listing of "Golf project Negrin" into the County Spatial Plan during May of 2016, investor "Ilirija Tri" has approached the creation of Spatial Urban Study of "Golf Course Negrin".
Study has been made by company "Urbis.72" from Pula, while conceptual design of the course by "D.S. Golf".
Perspective "Golf Course Negrin" is located on a highly attractive location, alongside the coast of southwest Istria, on the area of Vodnjan Municipality. Location offers beautiful viewpoints on the sea and Brijuni Islands. Between this project and the coast, expected is realization of another golf course - Porto Mariccio, in sphere of another investor.
The surface of 100 ha of "Golf Course Negrin" will also contain all necessary accompanying golf objects and accommodation facilities. Besides the golf course, investor is developing tourism community with hotel, houses and various sports-recreational facilities.
The entire resort is situated in attractive wider tourism environment, equally distanced from Rovinj, Pula and Pula Airport, around 20 km.
